What we collect
Paperloom.io collects account information (name, work email, company name) when you sign up, usage data to improve the product, and documents you upload for extraction. Documents are processed and immediately deleted after extraction unless you explicitly save results to your workspace.
How we use your data
- To provide and operate the extraction service
- To send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, support responses)
- To measure and improve product performance
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your documents to train AI models
Data retention
Uploaded documents are deleted immediately after synchronous extraction completes. Extracted field values are retained in your workspace until you delete them. Account data is retained for 90 days after account closure before permanent deletion.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and all associated data, or data portability at any time by emailing privacy@paperloom.io.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Third-party processors
We use a small number of sub-processors: Supabase (authentication and database), Azure OpenAI (document extraction), and Azure Blob Storage (temporary document storage). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
