By accessing or using Paperloom.io you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Service description
Paperloom.io provides AI-assisted document extraction, validation, and structured data export for invoices, contracts, and related business documents. The service is provided on a subscription and free-tier basis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you do not have the legal right to process
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the extraction API
- Use the service to process documents containing illegal content
- Share credentials or circumvent usage limits
Credits and billing
Free tier accounts receive 20 extraction credits. Credits are consumed per page extracted, with rates varying by document type. Unused credits do not roll over. Paid plans are billed monthly and non-refundable after use.
Accuracy and liability
Extracted data is provided as-is. Paperloom.io makes no warranty that extracted values are complete or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before using it in downstream systems. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
